Responsibility
Perform clerical support duties under the general direction of the Administrative Services Supervisor. Handle tasks requiring confidentiality, sound judgment, initiative, independence, and good decision-making skills. Manage various complex assignments with minimal supervision. Attend meetings, maintain accurate files, and manage phones and emails. Provide direct clerical support. Duties include archiving, filing alphabetically, preparing mailings, making copies, taking mail to the post office, typing, data entry, and customer service with multiple phone lines (up to 4 lines). Screen calls, greet guests, make travel reservations (flights, rentals, lodging), track inventory, and ensure organizational tasks are handled professionally
