We are currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced and innovative Occupational Therapist to join our team. Due to service redesign within community mental health services, there is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our CMHT in Basingstoke. The role will encompass a specific OT caseload alongside some care coordination. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within established multi-disciplinary teams providing expert assessment, guidance and recommendation resulting in a genuinely holistic Occupational Therapy role within established, friendly, and supportive teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting the service to optimise admission into the CMHT pathway, exploring any concerns with functioning within and outside of the home environment. This may include functional assessments to support funding applications, goal-focused work, groups, 1:1 work and care coordination.
