Responsibility
Schedule Options: Days (Staffing times between 7:00am and 7:00pm). Client Visits: Drive to visit clients in their homes for at least 2 hours at a time. Build Rapport: Develop strong relationships with older adult clientele through weekly visits. Daily Living Assistance: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as getting up in the morning, going to bed at night, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing, and toilet arrangements. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, participate in meetings and training activities as directed. Hands-on Care: Provide hands-on care such as transfers and therapeutic exercises
