Focused on people and working with internal 'customers.'. On a day-to-day basis, the NAQC Office Administrator…. Maintains key facility needs by:. Supporting the needs for any office goods by ordering office supplies as necessary and tracking inventory including New Hire office supplies. Maintaining and addressing team members' concerns with kitchen and break areas. Supporting processing of invoices for utilities, copiers, shipping, and processing other company billing. Supporting overall department initiatives, ensuring accuracy and acting on a timely basis. Preparing meeting facilities for scheduled and impromptu meetings. Setting up a meeting room and preparing to greet visitors. Tracking the overall department operating budget. Supporting overall Corporate Vehicle Lease program through HATCI General Administration. Serving as front desk receptionist - checking in guests and maintaining all security requirements for visitors. Travel administration-assist with arranging travel. Be willing to support initiatives that may fall outside the day-to-day activities listed above
