General Responsibilities Job Skills / Requirements Maintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to. Shift • Full-Time • Monday - Friday • 6 PM - 12 AM Pay • $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Specific Duties / Essential Functions • Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas. • Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas. • Cleaning and restocking restrooms. • Empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags. • Cleaning corridors and stairwells. • Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping down all surfaces. • Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. • Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable). • Cleans and polishes furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures. • Restocking supplies in, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. • Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. • Periodically cleans overhead vents and dust blinds. • Proficiency in English will enhance your ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth operations. • Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift. • Works in controlled environments where strict rules and procedures must be followed to prevent contamination. • Wear specific cleanroom garments while working for safety purposes. • Follows and executes client’s cleanroom SOPs and documentation. • Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Skills & Experience • Ability to read, write and understand English. • Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required. • Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process. • Due to cleanroom regulatory requirements, wearing makeup is not allowed to include fake eyelashes, drawn on eyebrows, fake nails, and nail polish (or any other makeup). Good hygiene skills required. Physical Requirements • Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. • Must be able to lift 35 lbs, carry 12 lbs backpack vacuum, as needed. • Good hygiene skills are required. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work Environment Clean rooms, controlled environments and technical rooms that typically have positive pressure, are HEPA filtered, adhere to a clean working environment, and have specific ways to enter and exit the assigned work area. Gowns must be worn for the protection of the room and products. Temperatures are cooler than a normal office building with controlled humidity.
