Minimum 4 years’ experience in operations with Cisco XE SD-WAN Routers, Cisco ACI, Switches, and Routers. Technical Expertise:. Strong hands-on knowledge in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, PVST+, IPSEC, VoIP, HSRP, GLBP, NAT/PAT. Skilled in troubleshooting and standardizing network configurations. Soft Skills:. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent documentation and communication abilities. Cisco SD-Access, Cisco WLC/APs, F5 Load Balancers, and Meraki SD-WAN devices. Infoblox DDI environment design and management. Splunk for log analysis and network issue correlation. Azure networking solutions. Preparing detailed project plans for implementation. ServiceNow or other ITSM tools. Certification:. Responsibility

Network Administration & Operations:. Manage and support Cisco XE SD-WAN Routers, Cisco ACI, Cisco Switches, and Routers in complex environments. Configure and maintain routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and network features like STP, PVST+, IPSEC site-to-site VPN, VoIP, HSRP, GLBP, NAT/PAT. Standardize configuration and ensure optimal performance of network devices. Deployment & Troubleshooting:. Deploy and configure Cisco XE SD-WAN Routers, Cisco ACI, and other network components. Troubleshoot complex LAN & WAN issues and implement corrective actions. Plan, schedule, and execute network device software/hardware upgrades and migrations. Architecture & Documentation:. Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) network diagrams. Conduct proactive analysis and provide recommendations for network improvement. Process & Management:. Utilize Change and Problem Management practices to address network issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver improved network performance. This is a hybrid/onsite role based in Kansas City, KS, requiring U.S. citizenship for consideration.
