Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and collaborate with General Managers on marketing strategies. Attend Revenue Management Calls each week. Make recommendations on daily rates for each property. Office from the Front Desk at Candlewood Suites, a slow paced 60 room extended stay hotel. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Support daily front desk operations, including managing reservations

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Multi-Property Group Sales Agent and Guest Services Agent. This unique hybrid role is perfect for a motivated rookie looking to build a career in hospitality sales while gaining hands-on experience in front desk operations. Based in-person at our low volume Candlewood Suites extended-stay property, this hybrid role combines front desk operations at one hotel with the sales efforts for up to three hotels in the area. Perfect for someone looking to grow a career in hospitality sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales (3 NOCO Properties): • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive bookings. • Respond to all Requests For Proposal (RFPs) in a timely manner. • Pursue sales opportunities and meet revenue goals. • Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and collaborate with General Managers on marketing strategies. • Attend Revenue Management Calls each week. • Make recommendations on daily rates for each property. Guest Services (1 Property): • Office from the Front Desk at Candlewood Suites, a slow paced 60 room extended stay hotel. • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. • Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently. • Support daily front desk operations, including managing reservations.
