To drive sales and meet the retailer and client's expectations, Sales Merchandisers must execute Anderson Merchandisers' standards. This position falls under the guidance of the Market Sales Manager, but daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead is necessary. Duties and Responsibilities: • Strengthen your relationship with store employees and management by frequently speaking with them every day. • Train and enlighten customers and retail staff about the characteristics and benefits of our clients' brands and product lineups. • Ensure the accuracy of all necessary responsibilities, projects, resets, and displays by carefully following the provided instructions. • Maintain precision and exemplary performance to meet or exceed client needs. • To maintain desired account aesthetics and consistently deliver above-average project execution compliance, it is crucial to handle all assigned projects with the necessary level of accuracy and quality. • Have a complete knowledge of all company policies put in place. • Don't hesitate to ask for help or support when needed. Both the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager are there to support you and help you achieve your goals. • Possessing a comprehensive and detailed comprehension of all available functions of a handheld device is vital for optimal performance. • To maintain the integrity of the company, clients, and retailers, confidentiality should be a priority. Requirements and Qualifications: • Prospective candidates should exhibit the capacity to carry and manipulate objects and products that weigh up to 50 lbs without difficulty. Also, the ability to handle heavier objects that weigh up to 100 lbs through teamwork is essential. • Tasks can be performed while maintaining a still position such as sitting or standing, as well as while moving by walking. • To fulfil the responsibilities of this job, the applicant must have the ability to carry out exacting tasks involving their hands and fingers, as well as demonstrating physical flexibility and mobility throughout their body. • Working a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends, is a necessary prerequisite. • A high school diploma or an equivalent certification must be obtained in order to be eligible for this position. • An authorized driver's license is required as traveling to several other places may be crucial. • Keeping automobile liability insurance updated is a must. • Access to a computer with a working internet connection, printing tools, and an email address is mandatory for participation. • Applicants with experience in sales or customer service are preferred.
