The Profile Qualifications • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements. Minimum 0-2 years of clinical laboratory testing experience is required. • Additional Skills: • ASCP or AMT certification is preferred. • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences. • You have working knowledge of blood bank, urinalysis, coagulation, microbiology, ASCP and AMT • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders The Employer Our client had also been consistently recognized as one of the best performing partners to industry-leading MSP programs.
