This hybrid role is perfect for an organized, creative, and driven individual with a passion for fashion, marketing, and operational excellence. In this role, you will split your focus between managing Shaka Kai's social media presence and executing marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth fulfillment operations. Manage and grow Shaka Kai’s presence on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads) by creating engaging and visually appealing content. Foster community engagement by interacting with followers, responding promptly to comments/messages, and actively engaging with like-minded brands and individuals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns, such as contests, giveaways, and influencer partnerships, aligned with brand goals. Attend on-location shoots and events to capture lifestyle content. Brainstorm and implement creative strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage affiliate and influencer relationships, track performance, and onboard new brand ambassadors. Accurately fulfill all incoming online and wholesale orders in a timely manner. Process promotional order requests and monitor inventory levels of products, supplies, and packaging materials. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and shipping area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Conduct regular stock checks and notify management when inventory levels need replenishing. Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to streamline operations and improve fulfillment efficiency.
