Responsibility

Cloud Native, AppSecOps, DevSecOps. Cloud Migration & Transformation. The Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist at Intuitive is a remote role that supports Intuitive’s overall go-to-market initiatives and optimizes systems to enable Intuitive’s operations and data-driven insights. The Marketing Ops Manager will manage our marketing and sales technology stack, ensure data stewardship across platforms, and provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting. The role will immediately impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing and sales funnels. HubSpot: Administer the HubSpot platform and ensure its smooth operation and optimal utilization against GTM initiatives. Maintain ongoing communications with HubSpot support for system updates and support, including but not limited to beta testing, best practices, and remain current on the latest innovations/product releases. Oversee user access and permissions within HubSpot, and work with finance/IT/sales/marketing leaders to determine appropriate user permissions, roles, and teams for all users. Reporting: Build robust reporting and intuitive dashboards within HubSpot, providing clear visibility into campaign effectiveness, key sales and marketing metrics, and relevant performance indicators. Maintain data in HubSpot by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and execute data migration/cleansing projects. Workflows: Collaborate with the alliance and marketing team to develop and implement automated workflows and nurture sequences in HubSpot. Data Quality: Implement data normalization techniques across the tech stack, continuously auditing and improving data integrity through platform updates and user process enhancements. Marketing Assets: Oversee the organization and management of marketing assets within HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, and email campaigns. Manage active lists in HubSpot for marketing emails, such as newsletters or updates. Support sales and marketing campaigns, including the creation of email campaigns, uploading post-event lists, and partnering cross-functionally for sales outreach. Integrations: Mature and maintain integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft applications to facilitate seamless data flow. Data Insights: Analyze data and provide insights to the marketing team to optimize campaigns and programs. Documentation/Training: Develop and maintain documentation and end-user guides on platform usage, settings, and processes; providing training and support to marketing and sales teams.
