Responsibility

The Vegetation Management Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our company. Oversee the management and development a customer base across Eastern US territories. Manage and lead a team of driven sales representatives – providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. Sell into industrial vegetation markets such as the noxious weed market, roadside, utility right of way, rangeland, and bareground markets. Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management – identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to motivate and develop sales teams. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network and generate leads. Lead and perform work the Nutrien Way – engaging in corporate, policies, programs, and practices, including SH&E regulations and standards, to bring our Culture of Care to life. Perform other related duties, as required
