Depending upon assignment, possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Class C California driver’s license and demonstrate a satisfactory driving record. Pass a pre-employment medical exam,. Pass a reference and background verification. If hired, candidate will be required to complete a verification form designated by Immigration and Naturalization Service to certify that they are eligible for employment in the United States of America and furnish proof certifying legal authorization to work in the United States
Responsibility
The Management Aide position is responsible for performing tasks, research, and analysis on administrative, fiscal, and operational matters, and preparing reports to summarize findings and make recommendations. The position operates in the Community Services Administration Division and is focused on delivering services for internal strengthening and efficiency betterment for the department holistically, advancing the positive impacts in the community through administrative functions. Assisting in budget preparation, analysis, and administration. Assisting with the technical administrative functions related to invoicing, audits, and payments. Performing audits and/or maintaining records of account activity. Preparing projections of service volumes and related costs. Compiling data and preparing reports in accordance with general guidelines. Compiling and analyzing key performance measures for the department. The department operates the Epicenter Sports Complex, RC Family Resource Center, RC Sports Center, Victoria Gardens Cultural Center, Goldy S. Lewis Community Center, and James L. Brulte Senior Center. In addition to the above-listed facilities, more than 30 different parks are open to the community for passive use, park shelters and event rentals, hiking trails, athletic fields, and city-planned special events.
