Responsibility

The Major Account Executive will develop customer relationships to sell products and services, prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads. They will manage a new business portfolio, identifying and matching business needs to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. You excel in dynamic environments and provide excellent customer service. This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring and growing an assigned module of targeted mid-sized prospects and base customers. Industry-leader will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating referrals. Industry-leader will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Tailor customer recommendations to negotiate and close business. Actively pursue new prospects and pre-identified new prospects. In addition, independently generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals. Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and deepening the relationship between TMO and customers. Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Stay hungry to learn, develop and grow - Develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
