Responsibility

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Junior Logistics / Supply Chain Analyst position will be supporting U.S. Marine Corps Combat Service Support Schools with the establishment and maintenance of DAI training materials for Marine Corps Financial Management and Ground Supply schools. Work further supports implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets and providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. This includes services that directly support the Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS) to DAI business system migration, training, and sustainment of all modules to include but not limited to: Budget-to-Report (B2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Cost Accounting (CA), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and reporting through Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:. Knowledge of legacy SABRS/SMARTS reports and tools to analyze past financial transactions and uncover anomalies that occur during the transition to Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), which will serve as the official accounting system for the Marine Corps. Provide functional and technical expertise to ensure the workforce is prepared to conduct follow on formal training and update training curricula for a future course. Update and maintain a Training Management Plan to ensure user training needs are met and USMC-specific training is provided in advance of, or concurrently with, the implementation or integration of new or modified systems. Develop In-Person and Virtual USMC specific core DAI Suite Training materials (content development) and curriculum for USMC roll-out prior to training sessions, ensuring USMC can accurately record and report business events impacting USMC financial statements; the current DAI User Productivity Kit (UPK) can be accessed. Deliver specific core DAI Suite Training to enterprise command through a combination of In-Person and Virtual offerings in advance of, or concurrently, with the implementation or integration of new or modified systems. Integrate job aids/ quick reference guides specific to the USMC configuration, encompassing the most performed business processes into formal training materials to ensure proficiency across the user base. Develop system documentation, user guides and interactive training materials specific to the USMC configuration, including instructions on system setup and operations specific to user group audiences, to ensure proficiency across the user base. Develop terminology crosswalks to assist USMC from “As-Is” to “To-Be” environments. Identify and engage training facilities that support access of all users and defined training needs. Coordinate and deliver onsite training. Develop basic, interactive, and advanced virtual/online training curricula and courseware following eLearning standards. Communicate training events. Drive ongoing meeting communications with the training team related to deployment
