Responsibility

The Scheduler II will be responsible for providing first line point of contact to coordinate all scheduled activities with an emphasis on meeting quarterly and annual targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IGT and the customer’s goals are met. Respond to, resolve, and document all incoming cases reported by customers via telephone, web, and other support channels as required. Coordinate delivery of products based on customer requested delivery dates. Utilize CRM reports to ensure KPIs are met. Perform additional tasks or projects as requested to improve overall productivity, efficiency, and level of service
