Responsibility

The Logistics Manager will oversee supply chain processes and product delivery by tracking and reviewing invoices, shipment status, and delivery route activity. Own the day-to-day logistics operations management for multiple locations. Manage quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within location. Create, lead, and support cross-functional company initiatives/projects. Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Update and report KPIs to Logistics leadership. Manage third-party logistic partners with associates on their teams dedicated to our account. Monitor metrics for key performance indicators, vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes and improvements. Manage relationships with multiple internal customers at data centers. Recognize improvement opportunities to the cost and quality of services to be provided. Create documented business cases, present business cases to peers and management for approval, and provide ongoing project management. Communicate all delays or variances in inbound/ outbound freight to the appropriate parties. Investigate causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters; make adjustments where necessary.
