We’re InHouse, a marketplace for hosts setting up short-term rentals with awesome products (ie. furniture, decor) at exclusive prices. Read more about us here! We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our rapidly growing procurement department. This role will be responsible for efficiently distributing customer orders to our vendor partners, ensuring timely delivery on occasionally tight deadlines. The position is contract-to-hire, with the goal of bringing someone on full-time within 3 months if it’s a great fit. What you’ll do: • Processing orders: oversee accurate order submission and manage returns when necessary • Coordinate deliveries to commercial and residential addresses via LTL and ground shipment • Reconciling invoices to facilitate accurate and timely payment What you’ll need: • A reliable internet connection and a computer in good working order • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; huge plus if you also have experience with Shopify, ERP systems, and/or basic SQL • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments What you’ll get: • $30/hour, with a minimum hourly commitment of 30 hours per week • Opportunity for advancement into a full-time role • Connection to some of the best home and furniture brands in existence • Mentorship from established entrepreneurial and logistics professionals • A dynamic and collaborative team environment (with unlimited access to snacks for those based in NYC)
