Capstone Logistics is hiring for Logistics Clerk • Complete clerical responsibilities to assist with warehouse activities and maintain site organization. • Ensure the precise recording of daily operational information in the Capstone systems. • Coordinate the dispatch of packages to headquarters and efficiently manage correspondence for returns. • Aid in the management of orderly and effective office and warehouse settings. • Engage in cooperation with team members and leadership to facilitate the smooth running of daily operations. • Follow safety procedures and keep your workspace neat and organized. • Tasks given by the leaders at the facility. Qualifications: • Attainment of a high school diploma or its corresponding qualification. • Experience in an administrative or clerical capacity is preferable. • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, demonstrating strong computer proficiency. • Aptitude for functioning independently with minimal direction. • Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizing and handling various tasks at once. • Proficient in interpersonal interactions and skilled at functioning in a multicultural group setting. • Capability to stand or sit for prolonged periods and be mobile within the warehouse as required. • Being flexible to accommodate shifting operational demands is important.
