Responsibility

Its plant nutrition products help improve the quality and yield of crops, while supporting sustainable agriculture. This position is primarily responsible for executing the day-to-day reporting and miscellaneous administrative functions. The candidate will work closely with the Highway Logistics department to provide accurate reporting. The candidate will also work closely with the Customer Service department. (Management reserves the right to add or modify the duties and responsibilities at any time). Supportive role to Logistics Managers. Contact carriers to secure Proof of Deliveries for Customer Service. Support entry of rates into Sales bid program. Maintain carrier and depot listing. Track and report MBE/WBE spend and report to the states those costs. Assign payment codes to invoices to ensure expenses are properly tracked. Track vessel import costs for analysis. Create reports in Oracle Business Intelligence. Gatekeeper for Contract Administration Process. Maintain depot and carrier compliance holding Logistics Managers accountable. Hold quarterly reviews with LM’s ensuring spend is under contract. Contact carriers for delivery ETA’s during peak shipping. Overtime is occasionally required during busy season, or as conditions warrant. Other duties as assigned
