Responsibility
The Logistics Budget and Project Administrator has a wide range of responsibilities related to cost and project to support the team and help our department run with excellence. The role is a key player who aligns and fulfills various needs to secure efficiency of the department. Verifies and processes vendor invoices using appropriate systems and maintains records of department finances and contracts. Oversees onboarding and area access requests for indirect contractors, vendors, and visitors. Is responsible for ensuring all department owned equipment and devices are operational by managing maintenance schedule and repair requests. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM. Process Goods Receipts for expense POs in ERP after verifying delivery/service completion. Verify and process vendor invoices using BQMS & NERP (warehouses, ABM, suppliers). Maintain financial records, analyze data, and prepare reports. Manage department equipment (trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks), including maintenance, vendor management, inspections, and repairs. Oversee operational devices/apps (PDAs, scanners, radios, Mobile NERP, RMTS, Package Tracker). Track and order office/operational supplies; support fab walk-related repairs & safety purchases. Maintain contracts, NDAs, and Fixed Asset (AMS) records. Handle contractor onboarding (ABM, SDSA, repair vendors), including background checks, GHR, badges, and SDS device registration. Administer Logistics website, EDM, and Confluence, ensuring updates and access management. Provide support in bi-annual audits, evacuation drills, organizational charts, cubicle/floor seating, and office safety inspections. Submit reports, prepare presentations/proposals, and assist with audits/invoicing compliance. Perform additional tasks as assigned. working in a smoke free environment
