Assist the senior logistics staff to manage third-party logistics and warehouse. management partners throughout US. Manage the spare parts warehouse and organize the regular report of spare. Contact the shipping company to deliver the products sold every day in a timely,. accurate and safe manner. Provide quotes to retail clients on methods of shipping. Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems. Follow-up with warehouse on discrepancies and adjust stock in ERP system as. Manually received and stock transfer retail shipments into warehouse. Manage the reverse logistics process for retail returns to the warehouse. Responsible for the reverse logistics process build-up and modification, and. third-party vender management. Responsible for ordering packaging and supplies for 3PL based on wholesale,. retail, and e-commerce consumption. Coordinating with Customer service to respond customers’ inquiries via phone. calls, emails, or WeChat immediately. Provide clear and accurate information to. customers and follow up all related logistic issues. Other assignments from the Supervisor or Other duties as may arise from time. to time, or as may be assigned to Employee

Job Responsibilities • Comply with FOTILE standards of operations as set forth in all training and all kinds of operational manuals. • Participate in the making, modifying, and training of logistics process and regulations. • Keen insight into industrial changes among the U.S. national transportation and warehouse operations. • Responsible for products and parts delivery, distribution, and other shipping/receiving work. Clear each logistic case details and manage shipping date and distribution. • Responsible for all logistic order entry process accurately and timely, scheduling trucks, finish order shipping follow up and internal system closeup. • Assist the senior logistics staff to manage third-party logistics and warehouse management partners throughout US. • Manage the spare parts warehouse and organize the regular report of spare parts demand. • Contact the shipping company to deliver the products sold every day in a timely, accurate and safe manner. • Provide quotes to retail clients on methods of shipping. • Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems. • Follow-up with warehouse on discrepancies and adjust stock in ERP system as necessary. • Manually received and stock transfer retail shipments into warehouse. • Manage the reverse logistics process for retail returns to the warehouse. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain or logistics fields preferred. • Proficient in both Chinese and English. • 1- 3 years relevant transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred. • Flexible and adaptable to work arrangements. • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to accomplish multiple tasks while sticking to deadlines.
