About us Adaptive Home Health Registered LVN Nurse - Wound Care and Infusions Seeking elite LVN's with experience in wound care for the Irving and surrounding areas! $35-$55+/hr + mileage + travel bonuses + $200 signing bonus + Paid training About our Company Adaptive Home Health is a privately owned Home Health Agency licensed by the State of Texas. Adaptive Home Health specializes in high acuity home health services throughout North Texas. We offer region-leading compensation, travel bonuses + mileage. Position requirements: LVN is responsible for providing comprehensive care in the patient's home, including the completion of skilled documentation through KanTime • Comfortable treating wounds • Serve as the patient's advocate and maintain ongoing communication with physician, referral sources, caregivers and facility management to facilitate coordination of care. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician.
