We’re hiring temporary and temp-to-hire leasing roles in the apartment industry – all levels of experience accepted! JWilliams Staffing is currently looking to fill Leasing Consultant positions at apartment communities near you. A Leasing Consultant role is an excellent way to apply your knack for customer care in a rewarding team environment. Responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant: • Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences • Respond timely to all calls, emails, drop-in visits, and appointments • Seek out new prospective residents with creative marketing techniques • Follow up with all leads and prospects interested in leasing • Accurately prepare and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork • Ensure apartments are move-in ready • Help existing residents with lease renewal process • $22/HR Starting Amount Qualifications: • Available for 3 to 5 days a week, Must Be Able to Work Weekends • Must Have A Valid Driver's License • Background in apartment leasing/property management, hospitality, hotels, airlines, restaurants, and retail customer service role required • Exceptional customer service skills • Effective written and oral communication • Must possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm • Professional dress and demeanor • High School diploma or equivalent • Basic computer skills Why JWilliams Staffing?
