Responsibility

Play a critical role in learning and organizational development. Enjoy being part of the larger, best-in-class HR team. Affect change through the facilitation of leadership and interpersonal development courses and enterprise-wide OD initiatives. Engage with employees at all levels of the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and work effectiveness. Conduct virtual and in-person instructor-led training. Provide virtual production support as part of a Facilitator/Producer virtual training model. Create self-paced independent learning curriculum paths through our LMS. Provide guidance/support to managers or our HR Business Partners on individual development plan training selections – both instructor-led and self-paced. Use adult learning theory and communication style assessments to customize the learning experience for course participants. Provide report interpretation and feedback delivery of assessments. Collaborate on branding and design for L&OD learning content. Provide input on existing/future programs as part of the solution-focused Learning and OD Team. Support the design and creation of data collection processes. Assess the data received from our evaluation processes and interpret the impact of training and OD programs based on performance metrics. Create and maintain comprehensive training resources, including facilitator and participant guides. Create learning resources and promotional material on Canva. Provide facilitation and project support to our Manager, L&OD and VP, L&OD on a variety of OD initiatives as needed. Provide support on additional Learning & OD projects as assigned. Instructor Certification in Situational Leadership II or other Ken Blanchard training programs. Instructor Certification in Crucial Conversations or other Crucial Learning training programs. Instructor Certification in Wiley’s Everything DiSC suite of products
