Responsibility
The Lead Marketing Designer will own all aspects of creative strategy and asset production, with assets ranging from website pages and emails to social media, white papers and paid ads. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, they will craft a brand that resonates with our client's audience and sets it apart from other event tech companies, then bring that brand to life across marketing channels. Design high-quality, visually engaging assets that elevate our brand and drive performance across marketing channels. Develop ownable visual solutions such as patterns, illustrations, logos, and text treatments that reflect our brand identity and appeal to our core audiences. Collaborate across departments on large campaigns and initiatives, pitch creative concepts that align with project strategy, and execute the design of those concepts. Re-imagine marketing websites and work closely with marketing and cross-team stakeholders to implement a new vision. Create and maintain brand style guides, templates, and documents that empower members of all departments to create better collateral. Act as an internal thought leader and champion for design thinking across the organization. Manage, train, and mentor marketing design interns

Lead Marketing Designer - Remote Our client is simplifying the chaos of the events industry through powerful, easy-to-use technology and is seeking a Lead Marketing Designer to elevate their visual identity, improve marketing performance, and build a breakthrough B2B brand. The Lead Marketing Designer will own all aspects of creative strategy and asset production, with assets ranging from website pages and emails to social media, white papers and paid ads. Preferred Experience • Experience working for a mid-market tech company, specifically B2B SaaS. • Experience working in the events industry. • Experience sourcing and managing freelancers. • Experience with video and photography. • Experience with any or all of the following tools: Figma, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, Hubspot, Asana.
