The Leprd Team Check us out at www.getleprd.com Job Overview The Lead Home Care will be a key member of the Leprd Network and will have the opportunity to grow and lead a team. You will be responsible for providing services such as cleaning homes, laundry, organizing, and other miscellaneous projects. You will work directly with our Head of Operations to update systems and processes. You will be successful and well rewarded in this role if you are 100% committed to providing quality service and building Leprd. Compensation & Benefits • Starting at $22-24 - Competitive performance-based pay structure • Bonus Structure • Tips • Clear growth path Responsibilities & Duties • Provide high-quality home services such as cleaning, laundry, organizing, etc • Work with Leprd assistant to update systems and processes to make the job easier and provide a better customer experience • Go above and beyond to surprise and delight customers (i.e. leave fresh flowers) Qualifications • Experience in home services - 1-2 years of professional residential home cleaning required • Honest, trustworthy, dependable • A determination to give the best customer experience possible • Desire to grow • Punctuality • Solid communication skills • Physical ability to work and move on your feet with your hands throughout the day Location This is an in-person role and you’ll need to be able to work in Park City Utah.
