Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to define and execute project requirements. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Android development space and proactively identify new opportunities for improvement and innovation. Ensure that all projects adhere to best practices, coding standards, and maintain high-quality code. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Android development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Stay updated with the latest developments in the sports and technology industries to incorporate new features and functionalities into our applications.
