AHS - 3456 Travel LPN/LVN LTC Montour Falls, NY Hourly rate - $19 per hour • OT rate - $60.15 Blended Rate: $50.15 • Weekly Gross - $2,006.00 Meals: $476.00 per week tax free Housing: $770.00 per week tax free • 08 - week assignment • Shift 3pm to 11pm • 40 hours per week/5 shifts Requirements • Minimum 2 year of LPN LTC experience required • NY state license required • AHA BLS required Welcome to Avani Healthcare Staffing...where YOU matter!
