Without them, I’d be waiting somewhere, waiting for someone to give me a chance to live...” - Client from Telecare What You Will Do to Change Lives The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care. Shifts Available: Full Time; DAYS 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday Part Time .5; DAYS 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $26.33 - $32.53. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver. • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. What’s In It For You* • Paid Time Off: For Full Time Employee it is 16.7 days in your first year • Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). We have a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, nurses, a master’s-level team lead, a clinical director, personal service coordinators with experience working in mental health and co-occurring substance use, and specialists in housing, education and employment, who are all here to help you on your path. STEPS staff are trained to address the special needs of our members on LPS conservatorship and their families. We have a clinician who provides support to members and their families or significant others. We work closely with residential rehabilitation and board and care providers, where most of the STEPS members reside, to ensure collaboration of services.
