Responsibility

As a Junior Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing railcar scheduling, loading, and shipping for refinery products. Railcar Management: Monitor railcar availability, refinery production, and tank levels to ensure timely and efficient shipments. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with Transfer & Storage and the railroad to fulfill customer orders, minimizing costs. Data Analysis: Analyze rail and truck data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide valuable insights. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to rail and truck shipments. ERP System Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operation of ERP systems. Railcar Scheduling and Optimization: 45%. Data Analysis and Reporting: 20%. Customer Support and Issue Resolution: 25%. Administrative Tasks and ERP Maintenance: 10%.
