Responsibility

Logistics Coordinator is the key liaison between clients, overseeing a diverse portfolio of accounts. Exceptional customer service and seamless communication are mission critical, as this position is responsible for exceeding client’s expectations throughout all stages of the logistics process. Process agricultural commodity purchase contracts, coordinating pricing of futures. Schedule and track freight and shipments, delivering accurate and timely updates. Manage critical documents including purchase orders, bill of ladings, and export certificates. Expedite inquiry/issue resolution for all transportation modes. Provide diverse customer base with excellent customer service, without exception
