Our work environment includes: • Modern office setting • Food provided American Commodities Brokerage Co. , a privately held company dealing exclusively in the transaction of agricultural commodities, seeks a professional and motivated individual to join our Westchester County based team as a Jr. Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate is an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Jr. Logistics Coordinator is the key liaison between clients, overseeing a diverse portfolio of accounts. Exceptional customer service and seamless communication are mission critical, as this position is responsible for exceeding client’s expectations throughout all stages of the logistics process. Responsibilities: · Process agricultural commodity purchase contracts, coordinating pricing of futures. · Schedule and track freight and shipments, delivering accurate and timely updates. · Manage critical documents including purchase orders, bill of ladings, and export certificates. · Expedite inquiry/issue resolution for all transportation modes. · Provide diverse customer base with excellent customer service, without exception. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related. · Zero to two years of related professional experience. · Microsoft Office competency with focus on Excel. · Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. · Highly organized, strong ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills. · Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
