Small "extra income - cleaning job" We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning job in an apartment complex located in the Hockessin, Delaware market once a week, (Friday), for two hours while business is open. NOTE: Cleaner Must Be Able To Work on day assigned (Friday) • **Duties and Responsibilities Office cleaning, Restroom cleaning, Conference & Break rooms and common areas General cleaning: Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal of all areas. (Primary duties is restroom cleaning) Must have experience cleaning and disinfecting restroom. • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10 pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist,, Walk. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift. Location: Wilmington, DE Flat Rate: $50 per cleaning • *ALL supplies provided and on-site Qualifications: • *MUST have reliable transportation to location. • *Previous cleaning experience a PLUS. • *Attention To Detail NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US.
