Responsibility

Our Inventory Specialists ensure the integrity of our customers wine through cycle counts, investigations of discrepancies, performance of customer audit counts, as well as inventory systems maintenance. Safe operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and order pickers for the purpose of counting and moving. Work with inventory audit counts; research and rectify discrepancies. Execute physical cycle counts on a daily basis. Investigate discrepancies related to wine movement from warehouse operations, researching, completing, and processing necessary documentation. Accurately maintain all inventory records and files. Log, file, and report all work-product and efficiently follow up on outstanding tasks. Process all breakage reports in a timely manner. Create, count, and enter batch counts for cycle counts and other inventory audits. Adhere to all processes and procedures to ensure inventory compliance. Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions. Maintain professional behavior with co-workers and customers. Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and AMS software
