PRIDESTAFF is currently seeking a Inventory Control Associate for a large distribution company located in the Elwood, IL area. You will visually inspect the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. 7:00am-3:00pm Mon-Fri + OT $19.25 per hour Responsibilities: • Perform cycle counts, location audits and physical inventories as required • Operating in Warehouse Management System • Investigate and resolve location inventory discrepancies • Accommodate customer special project needs • Safely operate Forklift (stand up), EPJ and/or other machinery in order to complete tasks: Reach experience is a plus • Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same • Work cooperatively and productively with supervisors and other associates in order to complete tasks • Provides and inspires outstanding service to customer by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner • Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: • Experience using RF Scan technology • Warehouse Management System knowledge is preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed. • Must be able to pass a drug screening • Must be able to pass a background investigation • Any equipment operation is a PLUS!!!
