Supports core OD team with results and report quality checks, and provides responses to clients on major process questions. Works with engagement survey verbatim comments by categorizing, coding, and preparing summary reports. Participates in individual analysis work and team meetings, contributing to OD department development sessions. Understands and participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned

About the position The Universal Destinations & Experiences Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience in Organizational Development and Industrial/Organizational Psychology within a large-scale company.
