Responsibility

Develop working relationships with internal and external customers, assist with account management such as maintaining customer profiles, details and service needs. Address various internal and external customer questions and concerns regarding shipments, billing, status, services, and other needs; forward complex or escalated customer needs as appropriate. Interface with Customer and Vendors to understand requirements, track shipments or details; operations are typically standard to complex. Manage various documents for accuracy; requires operational knowledge of customer and procedures. Update various operational/customer data in software systems(TMS) and applications, work to identify missing or potential operational or service concerns and communicate with appropriate groups as necessary to resolve. Utilize databases, logs, and other sources to locate and verify information; information is operational in nature, standard to complex. Assists with tracking orders and information through systems, vendors and related sources, such as arrival, times, confirmation and similar details. Performs basic office and clerical duties, such as preparing and sorting mail, maintaining logs, answering and directing phone calls, and related activities. Assist with running and summarizing operational reports and details; present information to co-workers or supervisors are needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and effective work environment; assist others with understanding operational items. Prints and prepares forms, labels, billing, invoices and related documents to ensure timely awareness for processing. Dispatch drivers to pick up loads as they come in through our TMS. Ensure that Equipment is operating safely and work with Vendor Mechanics to ensure equipment is maintained properly. Take part in weekly / Monthly operational and safety meetings. Assist in analyzing data to measure multiple KPI performance initiatives and prepare monthly Business review presentations to share performance results as well as discuss what Ceva is currently working on to improve processes or reduce costs. Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to prepare basic reports, queries, and operational information
