A company in the education industry is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their IT organization. The Salesforce Administrator plays a pivotal role by delivering essential support to internal platform users, spearheading system enhancements and growth, and upholding data integrity. This role extends to aiding in the seamless onboarding of new users, enhancing documentation, and championing platform adoption throughout the organization. A self-motivated professional, the Salesforce Administrator excels at independent work, effectively juggles multiple priorities, and proactively drives company-wide adoption of the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the IT Director managing the day-to-day administration of the company's Salesforce application. This role will specialize in the Salesforce suite of products acting as the point of contact for users within the company who have questions or need to be trained on a certain Salesforce product. In addition, this role will oversee the collection of data for reporting purposes and will be responsible for teaching employees how best to use Salesforce products.
