Responsibility
As our Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, hiring and. managing a growing sales team while maximizing lead conversion and revenue generation. Manage and distribute hundreds of inbound leads per month to the sales team. Use analytical skills to track performance and optimize sales strategies. Provide strong leadership, coaching, and motivation to the sales team. Oversee a team of 5+ salespeople, with plans for continuous expansion. Work on-site from 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend. check-ins for sales staff. Grow our sales staff through hiring and training. 8 hour shift
