Responsibility

Responsible for configuring and setting-up PC workstations including image creation and maintenance, user/email accounts, and access permissions to the client’s applications and data; procurement of software, hardware, and other IT-related resources; website modifications and updates; mobile device setups including procurement of devices and configuration of management software; and training of end-users. Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions. Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals. Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters. Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities. Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures. Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors. Proactively monitor health of all networks to ensure maximum up time. Provide 1st and 2nd level investigation and resolution of network and firewall incidents, problems, and support. Implement necessary network and firewall changes. Plan and develop automated solutions for company processes. Participate in operational on-call rotation for critical support.
