I am looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our Melfa, VA team. Join a llc that is growing and expanding! Responsibilities: • Clean, dust, polish and vacuum floors and walls. • Clean and dust windows. • Trash removal. • Move in / move out cleaning • Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Must be an independent contractor, 2 years minimum of commercial cleaning, must fill out w-9, have general liability insurance, must have own supplies and sign a sub-contractor agreement. Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 4 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • 4 hour shift • Morning shift • No nights Supplemental Pay: • Attendance bonus People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
