Responsibility
The In-Home Care RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home under. Duties include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and providing support to patients and their families. Perform assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant information. Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and toileting. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care. Compassion: Demonstrate empathy and compassion in providing care to patients. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure patient safety and well-being. Adaptability: Adapt to changing patient needs and work environments. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Hours may vary based on need. The In-Home Care RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home under.
