Responsibility
IT System administrators support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer servers and networks. Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems•Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware•Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees•Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts•Performing regular security tests and security monitoring•Maintaining networks and network file systems. This position maintains the SCCM deployment environment and will work within the CAB process to handle all. Microsoft and 3rd Party updates to desktops and/or servers for all agencies HS-EBIT supports; DCF, KDADS, and State. Provides technical assistance for the user’s computer equipment for all agencies HS-EBIT supports; DCF, KDADS, and. Duties include, but aren’t limited to, resolving cases,. request, incidents within the ServiceNow incident tracking system, provide onsite and remote troubleshooting, and fixes. to resolve computer issues/security risk/managing reporting. This position is responsible for developing desktop as a service (DTaaS) images for all agencies HS-EBIT supports;. DCF, KDADS, and State Hospitals (and other state agencies as needed).
