They work closely with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. The IT Project Manager also provides leadership and guidance to project teams, manages project risks, and communicates project status to key stakeholders. Job Requirements • Education • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience • Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management or related roles OR Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Skills • Basic project management skills, • Good communication and teamwork skills • Familiarity with project management tools. • Licensure/Certification/Registration • N/A Job Requirements IT Project Manager II: • Education • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience • Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management or related roles, including experience in managing small-scale projects OR Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Skills • Proficiency in using various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools. • Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders with diverse interests and expectations. • Skill in optimizing resource allocation and managing project team dynamics. • Understanding of budget management and cost control practices for IT projects. • Experience in coordinating with external vendors and managing procurement processes. • Proficient in identifying issues and risks and managing scope changes and project agreements.. • Licensure/Certification/Registration • N/A Job Requirements IT Project Manager III: • Education • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
