We are in search of a meticulous Bilingual Spanish HR Admin to be a part of our team in Merced, California. The selected candidate will be entrusted with a range of clerical and administrative tasks within our Human Resources department. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, providing invaluable experience in the telecom industry.Responsibilities:• Handle daily detailed clerical and administrative tasks, including the development of potential forms as needed.• Monitor employee evaluations to ensure timely submission by supervisors.• Maintain clear and concise communication both orally and in writing.• Handle confidential employee files in accordance with law, practice, or audit.• Prepare employee benefit changes accurately and coordinate with other staff in a timely manner.• Assist in the research and development of new job positions, reclassifications, salary comparability, and insurance contracts.• Represent the HR Director at safety and professional meetings as required.• Schedule and record all employee training.• Respond to informational inquiries and surveys and prepare clear and concise reports.• Assist in all phases of employee recruitment and implement assigned security practices and procedures.• Administer a variety of written and skilled performance tests to determine qualifications of applicants.• Schedule resources for monthly employee safety meetings, and assist the HR Director with on-site safety inspections.• Provide indirect supervision to other assigned clerical staff.• Maintain and administrate HR library materials.
