Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping procedures and standards to uphold cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing support and guidance. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to guarantee compliance with cleanliness regulations and standards. Collaborate with other departments to address guest requirements promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the housekeeping department to ensure efficient operations
