Responsibility
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, managing bookings, allocating work, conducting quality checks, training staff, handling inventory, and overall staff management. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities:Manage Bookings: Coordinate and schedule housekeeping services to meet client needs and ensure efficient use of resources. Work Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff based on workload and individual strengths. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met and address any discrepancies promptly. Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of housekeeping staff. Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and support housekeeping team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage. Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on housekeeping operations, including performance metrics and inventory status.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably within the cleaning services industry.
