Job Description: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Home/Office Cleaners to join our growing team. As a cleaner with Hire Crews, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, healthy, and pleasant environment in our clients’ homes and offices. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of creating cleaner, safer spaces for our clients. Responsibilities: • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas. • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors. • Sanitizing surfaces and high-touch areas. • Emptying trash and recycling bins. • Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. • Restocking cleaning supplies as needed. • Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to management. • Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within the allotted time frame. • Adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards. Qualifications: • Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not required). • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs. • Reliable transportation to and from job sites. • Willingness to undergo a background check.
