Responsibilities: As a House Cleaner with CB Cleaning Solutions, you will have the opportunity to set your own schedule and preferred work hours using our user-friendly platform. Servicing St. Croix County, you’ll collaborate with our friendly support team to efficiently arrange appointments and bookings, allowing you to focus on your work while we handle customer service and payment collection. Compensation and Benefits: • Fixed Pay Rate: Typically between $20–$30 per hour, based on assignment type. • Flexible Self-Determined Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule and work hours to accommodate your lifestyle and personal preferences. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience preferred, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. • Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently and efficiently. • Excellent communication skills. • Must have a reliable vehicle. • Must have on-hand cleaning materials of your own. • Required: Candidates must pay for their own general liability insurance and background check as part of the hiring process. After 90 days of employment, background check expenses may be reimbursed.
