Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that each environment is welcoming and hygienic for our clients. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Launder linens and other items as required, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. • Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient cleaning processes. • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. • Adhere to safety standards while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required. • Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices is essential. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
